SheAus Posted June 24 Report Share Posted June 24 Has anyone used a stroked bottom end with long rods, and paired them with standard pistons and cylinders and used a spacer plate to allow for the extra stroke? I’ve just bought a banshee that had a 421 kit in it. But it had stock cylinders bored out with a spacer plate to allow for the extra stroke. The cylinder exhaust port has cracked. So that eliminates using those cylinders. i also got a seized motor in the deal, what’s my best option? gusto Posted June 24 Report Share Posted June 24 Buy used stock cylinders and have them ported for the crank and your domes cut for the crank. No space required. youll need stroker pistons stock cylinders cut domes for stroke aftermarket head. have your crank inspected and send to a banshee builder there are a bunch.
