BlacknGold Posted May 30 Report Posted May 30 First time posting. Building a 10 mil cub for general racing/riding, and beating on 4 strokes…no porting on cylinders, 40mm lectrons, pump gas domes to start with. Was told shearers small bore or SLP. I know shearers more top, SLP more bottom? I have never been around either, this is my first banshee, it’s currently a ported 350 with T5s, runs ok, I want more power. Leaning towards shearers, I assume the 10 mil will give me enough bottom end to overcome the lack of bottom from a cub and shearers? I don’t need a torque monster, don’t mind grabbing a little clutch from time to time to keep in power band. Thanks for any feedback or experience anyone else has with this combo. Quote
locogato11283 Posted May 30 Report Posted May 30 You’ll want Shearer or Sniper. None of the low end pipes will compliment that motor. Quote
