The 10 means the rim size and the 6 means the width of the rim. Here is an example. Let’s just say you bought a tire in this size 18.0 X 5.5-10. So it would work like this. The 18.0 would be the outside diameter of the tire and the 5.5 would be the width of the tire and the 10 is the rim size.
