I needing some exhaust clamps that won't come loose on me all the time. I have toomy t5's. I saw some in a magazine I think they are made by RIS. They have o-rings that seal them off.

the instructions w/my fattys recommended using high temp silicon

at the header pipe and the clamps, if you haven't tried that yet...

works great. my old 96 shee had shitty fitting DG pipes that leaked

bad. i was too young and dumb at the time to worry much about it

but that bike ran great for 3yrs of hard riding w/out a rebuild...

then i sold it. they leaked real bad around the header (at the cylinder)

but like a said it ran great. i was wondering if any of you guys could

tell me what detremental effects would be expected (performance or

reliability wise) running w/a leak like that. i hope this is not too dumb

of a question. feel free to disregard and respond further to hotrodbanshee's

clamp question.
