Amstaff Posted December 30, 2003 Report Share Posted December 30, 2003 what kinda gearing is good for low end speed and violent power band prefferably with out useing a 41 tooth sprocket couse rockymt atv is sold out of the cheapos that are 41 tooth and were poor around here lol i ride dirt mud hills trails fields i live in freakin ohio so i guess a mx set up thanx guys for always answerin my goofy ass ?s and yes i know its probly been answered i did a search but you get to crazy with ratios im not a mathmatition so keep it simple please thanx thanx!! If you do not want to go that much then you can get a 42 or 43 rear but you and I know that the rears are more money than the fronts. I have about 3 different rear sprokets for different conditions at glamis and for different mods. I use the same chain for all of them. Amstaff Posted December 30, 2003 Author Report Share Posted December 30, 2003 fix me, i got lost reading this post 3 times, whats messed up, the sprocket or the chain ?? both the front sprocked has a few chipped teeth on it from the chain streaching and the chain is so streached i couldnt tighten it anymore so i took a link out of the chain and squeezed it on and rode anyways even though it wasnt fixed proberly now i feel its time to fix it right seeing how i got a few bucks in my pocket for once Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
