OK here is my Story Last night I have a feeling check the scrathed % dent for good deal and I scored a Set of Mohawk fronts for 69 dollars.

I was Happy than I get a Phone call today and the BS starts. Man I am pissed.

So did i get screwed out of my tires? what do you guys think?

I would Just like you to know How disappointed I am that you Guys( Rockymountain atv) Didn't Honor my order for a set of scrathed & dent Mohawk Skat Traks that I had placed. I was called on the phone and told that they where sold already.

I can't see how the Computer with inventory control can allow you to sell more than you have. ( personal I feel somebody wanted them and some strings where pulled or a Bait and switch) this hurts business. I was asked if i would like a new set for normal price I replyed No.Than I was asked if there was anything they could do and I replyed yes make me a deal On them the lady said Sorry I can't .Personal I would of sold a new set for the same quoted price than risk a deal gone bad. So I canceled my whole order.

I work in the Western Regional Customer Service Center for are 2 billion dollar a year company and we Bent over backwards to help when things go wrong.

I am also a member of the www.BansheeHq.com we have 12,000 +members at the Forums and I will post my story to let them know your business practices Here at RockyMountian ATV.

same type of shit happened to me. i had placed an order of somewhere around $300. 3 or 4 days go by and i get a call from RMATV sayin that every item but 1 that i ordered was out of stock. im like what the hell. it took them 4 days to figure that out? when had they planned on shipping this stuff? i was pissed ands told them to take their shit and shove it. have not ordered from them since.

They have been busy as hell lately. I was down there 2 weeks ago to pick up my Mohawks, and they were wall to wall people. They had 3 cash registers going, with one guy on a computer requesting parts for the front. About every 15 seconds someone was coming through a set of doors with a box, tires, pipes etc. It was a mad house.

I've never had a problem with them. Whenever I have ordered and had shipped, I have always first called to make sure the item was in fact in stock.

Looked In stock to me. I ordered at 9:30 Pm last night

 

I called them in the morning about getting rims too but changed my mind. that at 4:00 pm today I get a Phone telling me there sold already. Smells like Fish to me.

 

Any way Busy or not I wasn't treated very well They Never even tried to make it right. :(

I spent alot there like 500 dollars so far it's been Great. I just can't understand it. Thats why I am Disspointed being in the Cutomer service field I spend all day trying to Fix what damage my company did. Made me feel they Don't care.

Well my faith restore though Customer Service.

 

He was their reply.

I'm very sorry for the problems with the order yesterday. We didn't have the tires in stock for your order, because somebody ordered them one minute before you on the website. And the inventory didn't recalculate before your order was submitted. So I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding, and also for the phone call that you had yesterday. We can actually give you a deal on some new tires. We can give you the new tires for the $69.99 plus shipping, so the same as the scratch and dent. Or if you want tires and wheels, then we can give you $50.00 off of the package. If you would like to do this, please let me know. I can place the order for you through email or over the phone.
