v6stanger
Found an 01 Banshee I am very interested in that I need your guys advice on. It is an 01 Banshee that is basically stock except for some chrome and polished items along with a K&N and tires. He said it has barely been riden and is in excellent shape. Here is the link: http://3.8mustang.com/forum/showthread.php?t=59376 What should I look for? Zach
frocashmoney24
look for alot of tire wear, take a compression tester to see if it'll need a rebuild, and lift it off the ground and check the bearings, and ask a shit load of questions

trail rider
I hate it when people who are selling a quad say that its barely been ridden I mean why should you even by a quad if your going to ride it 2 times and park it. Toomey Banshee
1. Check the compression 2.Check the rear bearings, (shake the rear axle) there should be very miminal play 3. Check the front tie rods, (shake the front tires) see above 4. Check the sprockets for worn or missing teeth 5. Check the chain for excesive abuse/use 6. Check the brake lining thickness and the condition of the rotors. Looks like a great bike. If these things check out jump on it!
