ledofthezep
Here ya go DUNEDEMON.... That's the exact same setup that I had on the g/f's old banshee. I wasn't sure what size carb it was though. Ran damn good & looked clean. Sorry dialup peeps--they are BIG, I left them that way so they'd be better in detail. DUNEDEMON
rebelbanshee2, The pipes were made by a guy nammed "Matt Shearer" he builds one off stuff based on the spec's of your engine. Dunedemon.
Fireman-hott
I must say that minfold setup loks nice. Is that a custom done one? How does it flow compared to the trinity manifold? I have a buddy that gonna bore my carb for me then we gotta mess with the heat gun on the rubber, but if he can custom fab something of that nature for me that'd be hella easier. DUNEDEMON
Fireman-hott, look back on page two of this post for more information regarding the manifold. If you want one I can get them pretty cheap. Dunedemon.

grounded
Look a how far the air has to travel to the cylinder , I wonder how good the throttle response s compared to trinty?
Holyman
Back in the early 60's Chrysler used to have this mammoth dual quad intake on the 413 wedge engine. One carb sat up front by the grill and the other one set way back by the hood hinge. They were said to have awesome power because the long tract allowed the fuel more time to atomize more fully. I see no disadvantage to the longer intake tract. In fact I think this Y shaped intake probably flows better than the Trinity because the flow is more direct to the intake instead of at a 60 degree angle like the Trinity. You also have the advantage of not having to use the obsolete carb boot required on the Trinity. The carb sits up slightly more and rearward more so there's no interferance with the clutch arm and the cost is significantly less. The only thing you won't have is the airbox and as far as I'm concerned, they're just about useless anyway.
dirtbike killer
I do alot of drag racing. If there is one thing I know about intakes, is a high will give you more top end, and low will give you more bottom and mid. I think it will work the same on the shee. The carb gets its signal faster and less friction with a low. It gets a cooler charge and better atomize with the high.

Banshee17Racing
I'd really like to know how cheap you can get 'em DUNEDEMON. I'm interested in this 2into1 set up after this reading this post. This might be a stupid questions, but if I were to get the intake DUNEDEMON is running, do I have a choice of any type of carb? What kind of carb is that DUNEDEMON? Thanks, Josh
