375hp banshees
If it'll run on spray, i'd look at why you're not getting fuel to cyl's next. And yes always do a leakdown test after topend.
hoppedupandcutdown
The air jet and the pilot jet are externally identical, Be sure the air jet (in the air horn) is a 1.6 (much bigger than a pilot), that is what draws air to draft fuel on start up.
Tag05
So i did a leak down test and I had a air leak at the base gasket. Fixed it. Holding 5 psi now. Still same issue She wants to fire, I can hear it, but never will
375hp banshees
You've got to find out why its not getting fuel
silversmg45
Are you 100 percent sure you put gas in it and the petcock is flowing fuel?
Tag05
Yes it is getting fuel the spark plugs are wet ive tried putting back in the 25 pilot again to see if maybe it’s getting to much fuel but that hasn’t made a difference

Tag05
Reeds are brand new vforce 4 bills expansion chambers fmf turbine core 2 no port vitos superstock pistons so I just made some progress the original Cdi is bad I had checked spark again for prob the 50th time and realized that it wasn’t producing enough so I thru on the Vito’s cdi and plenty enough spark bike started. Now I just need to figure out the correct jetting i believe I just had was jumbling to many problems that made it all clustered Between bad cdi ,air leak at the base gasket , and the fact that I have just bought this and haven’t actually had it run smoothly for me to start a base line with
