Holyman
On my 99 I put it in the tank plastic just under the handle bars and on the 95 I put it under the left fender on a little aluminum bracket. I run 2:1 pipes on the 95 so it wouldn't work on every banshee. I've seen it in the side of the rad plastic and thru the fender on race cut plastic. Some folks put it under the seat with a bar that goes across the bolts that hold down the back of the tank. I'm too lazy to pull the seat to turn the key. I can email you a pic of mine in the tank and on the fender if you want.

PlaynSand
I picked one up on Ebay for about $12 . Nice billet with stainless bolts. Real easy to install and original wiring harness works .

Wassup350
If you don't have the snorkel on the air box lid and want to save money. This is what i did, take your seat off, and measure the distance between the 2 bolts on the back of the gas tank, after that take a piece of plastic or something that will hold up and drill some holes in it to mount up to the frame, then drill a hold where the key can go and then you should be set. If you don't want to bother doing that then you could buy one from somewhere. not sure who makes them but i know they are out there.
