Sounds like you have an air leak or one of your slides is sticking open....Your choke is killing the motor down...The higher revving is from too much air getting by the carbs and allowing the motor to rev up...What are your mods and jetting?? Also make sure you put the slides in the right way. Cutaway facing the air box...

yes they are both all the way down. It has been bore for the new top end, boost bottle, fmf pipes, k&n, removed the snorkel on the air boxl, and i put 30 pilot and 320 main jets. my right piston dosent fire right. when i set the air screws at the same thing the right piston just wasnt firering i had to screw it in to get it to fire.

Uncontrollable revving, especially when the carbs are at an idle position, almost always indicates an air leak. Do NOT run this motor any longer or you are risking SERIOUS engine failure. It will cost you $$$ and I am sure you don't want that. I don't have a link, but do a search on a leakdown test, and you will find some info on it. That is what you need to do to find out which side is the culprit here...
