Just A Thought

Dragg-on

Recommended Posts

Have you ever noticed that, there are replacement( aftermarket) parts for every part of a drag banshee, other than the cases, which would still be moded for strocker cranks.

My point is that starting with a stock banshee or even a piped shee is literally a waste of $7k, or what ever you spent, if you end up going full drag.

For example, I plan to buy a lonestar frame, aluminium tank, pingle petcock, Marvin shaws, T-rex, aftermarket CDI, drag axle,................................................. drag steering stem.........PVL, fullbores.......................................................................................

.......Even new clear hoses, whatever I didnt mention I already have aftermarket, so why the hell did I start w/ a stock banshee?

i agree, you start off just wanting to dune ride then get sucked into the drag scene. also not many people can just drop the kinda cash it takes to make a drag bike right off the bat. gotta slowly gradually make it faster or sit around w/ nothing for like 5 yrs til ya got the money to go all out. i'd rather slowly go thru the process being that i am poor. :D
