Yup, they are getting into 5 digits over here, 8500 to 12000 for a clean one. There was one for sale in the crate for $25 000. the boris
I couldn't get $2000 for mine 3 years ago and now I can easily get $5000, and it's trash. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk

the boris
Over here they are still selling oem parts at dealerships, they will stop at the end of 2022. I'm thinking stocking some parts for when they become hard to get.Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
ATV_hub
That’s a worrying thought, have Yamaha disclosed that info? Or is there a certain timeframe manufacturers have to provide support for bikes they sell? Thankfully almost everything is available in aftermarket form
locogato11283
Recreation is up since people aren't traveling. It's just a supply and demand thing really. Stock ones have always been high, but it's not a buyer's market right now.

There is plenty of after market parts indeed but there is always problem with special parts, like sprocket nut and lock washer. I can buy it from local Yamaha dealer for 20 bucks or form ebay 80 because shipping is 50 and sellers margin is 10.That's just one example. ATV_hub
I might add some extra parts on to my next order
