hoppedupandcutdown Posted December 29, 2020 Report Posted December 29, 2020 Does the choke not help? How cold is cold? Even though FMF recommends 30 pilots, it seems few people use that big of a pilot. Make sure you have the correct bowl in the left carb, indicated by the "BB" 1 Quote
locogato11283 Posted December 29, 2020 Report Posted December 29, 2020 So when you choke it when cold it doesn’t want to start?I’m guessing too much fuel. Try a 27.5 pilot. Quote

It only started doing that after the rebuild, but I did change the set up so I knew the jetting wouldn't be right.I will try smaller pilot and see how it goes. Now when I go down with pilot should I go up with main to avoid getting lean on the top end? locogato11283 Posted December 30, 2020 Report Posted December 30, 2020 No. Only change one thing at a time also. Quote
