Freddurst1488 Posted October 25, 2020 Report Posted October 25, 2020 Anyone have any experience with it? Remember a guy way back who had one on an EFI banshee made like 90 horse but i can't find any info on that bike. With cars it works awesome and makes more than 110, but has anyone used it and compared it to any other fuels? Quote
n2otoofast4u Posted October 25, 2020 Report Posted October 25, 2020 Just run straight methanol if you’re going to go through all the hassle. Quote
Freddurst1488 Posted October 26, 2020 Author Report Posted October 26, 2020 Methanols same price as 110 where im at and energy coefficient is lower then e85 or 110 so it goes alot faster then either or. E85 is a $1.75 where im at. I guess ill just do it and report back my findings. Quote
n2otoofast4u Posted October 26, 2020 Report Posted October 26, 2020 What facking country do you live in?E85 will work. Make sure your fuel system is up to snuff with extra flow, jet accordingly, make sure to use compatible oil. Quote

Tedder Posted October 29, 2020 Report Posted October 29, 2020 We have guy's running it at our track and the biggest problem around here seems to be the ethanol/gas % varies a lot when buying from the pump. Quote

Yeah luckily where im at we don't have much variances cause we dont get a "winter blend" cause its hot here year around. Based on my experience with cars anything above E60 is good to go. Its so knock resistant that 110 is more prone to knock then even E60. Quote
