Jetting: T6 Pipes on Stock Cylinders

This Banshee has been mostly bone stock since my brother in law bought it new in '89.  I'm adding Toomey T6 pipes tomorrow afternoon.  I've done a fair amount of reading and am still unsure where to start with the jetting.  It has stock cylinders, bored .050"-.060" over (I forget exactly how much), ProX pistons, stock reeds, stock carbs (TORS deleted), and a de-lidded air box with a K&N filter.  I've read recommendations for main jets ranging from 280 all the way up to 310, with either 25 or 27.5 pilots.  I'm at about 600' above sea level in Ohio.  Compression is 155 PSI on a SnapOn gauge.  I can run either E-free 91 octane pump gas or standard 93 octane pump gas (up to 10% E).  I only have the stock needles, mains from 280-320, and 25-27.5 pilots.  It's always had the stock 200s in it with the stock pipes.
