Zoolxxxzool
I have a stock banshee motor, stock bore(64mm wiseco)stock stroke, stock intake boots with stock cross tube, v force 4 reeds, timing it set at 10, 120-125 psi, pro circuit pipes, jetting/pilot 150,42 I’m running a set of 28 keihin carbs, k&n filters. Air screws are at two full turns out,and clip on needle is set at second notch from top, Elevation 505’ idles fine and are sync, but shee has a bad bog going up hills and will act as if bike could be needing more gas when just cruising a open field until you go up pass 3rd gear clears up pretty well, can someone give me some advice that will put me in ball park thanks in advance. SandSlingerOR
Timing is at +10? Max I ever ran was +4. If it's a bog it's to rich, popping is lean. I'd try different set of needles if your at 2nd slot and it's still rich. I'm not expert though I haven't played with banshee's in years. Got the bug again and will be re-learning though.
