Jetting advice on 4mil with 33 keihn carbs

Hey I have a newly built banshee which is a 4 mil stock cylinder banshee. 

66.00 bore 795 weisco pistons, 21 cc domes, 33mm keihn carbs ,+4 timing ,stage 2 uni pods, 4 mil long rod, CPI pipes, ported stock cylinders.

Where should I start in jetting the carbs? Do anyone have similar setup? All advice is welcomed.
