I❤️Banshees
Hello banshee friends. there's no more adjustment on my push rod , I have a brand new clutch. It's working but will soon run out of adjustment ???????
sandman101
What do you mean “will soon run out of adjustment”? If you can get the adjustment correct but it doesn’t stay are you tightening the locknut down enough?
bansheesandrider
Do you have ALL the pieces in properly? Did you lose the ball between the adjuster and the pushrod? Do you have a pancake bearing and is it assembled correctly?
I❤️Banshees
I have all the pieces in correctly. The new driveline clutch is working well. But it needs adjusting. I have very little room left on the adjuster screw. I wasn't sure if this a common problem or not. I just ordered this off eBay NEW YAMAHA Banshee Clutch Pusher Pancake Bearing Push Rod & Ball . I know parts wear out & this banshee is 20 years old. The guy I bought it form really beat on it. I have 4 hours on the new clutch, I know it will break in & need a little more adjusting. This is my concern with having such little room left in the adjuster screw.
375hp banshees
Pancake bearing kits usually come with a longer stud iirc
