All genuine OEM Yamaha pieces. Do not be fooled with tricky wording like "OEM Replacements" or "New Banshee Plastics" on Ebay or Facebook, if it doesn't say genuine OEM, they're from CHHINNNAA. The 2006 SE Black has embedded flakes molded within all the pieces besides the carbon fiber radiator cover.
