kawa110
Guess I don’t. Added insurance. Chariot originally told me the bowls would fit the 28’sI received bowls, they do not. Contacted chariot, was given an apology and option for full refund. Long story short. I can’t find the oversize bowls anyway. Deets
I just put 28 pwk’s on mine too. Sometimes I get a lot Coming out of the overflow, but it only happens sporadically.

kawa110
Is the hole in the nut supposed to “align” with notch in the carb bowl when “tight”?

375hp banshees
I would think the only benefit is extra water/trash storage area though?? And at that point it probably doesn't matter ,you can't drain it anyway ,unless you're taking the plug off, and again it won't matter ?? 2Smoker350
The hole in the drain plug is there so you don’t get drenched in fuel when rejet or have to remove the bowl. The cut out is there to help get all the fuel out of the bowl.
kawa110
^^^ahhh very nice. They hole and slot do not line up and I did not want to over tighten the drain plug. Do I use the carb top adjuster from my Mikuni TORS eliminator carb tops? As the brass colored tops that came with carbs are way to loose on the cable and the rubber boot won’t slide over them. kawa110
Still looking for filters that won’t be rubbing on frame and pipes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
2Smoker350
Yes, You have to use the cable adjusters from the TORS delete. The cable adjusters that come with some of the Keihin 28 pwk’s are for the KX 100 throttle cable. As for a filter for the carbs. I use the Toomey 2:1 filter set up on my carbs.
