Socalshee95
What's up y'all??? So I purchased a pair of BR8EIX and was told it's a horrible thing for the bike. I checked on the NGK website and according to what I saw that's the way to go... Anyone able to tell me why I should or shouldn't run those plugs? thanks!

It is bad thing if you have standard (oem) spark plug caps, because they are with built-in resistors and spark plugs you bough also have resistors already built into them.If you run them the bike will still run but with weak spark.I was running mine with them for 2 years and other than having trouble starting it, would take a lot mor kicking than with normal plugs. the boris
Other thing is, standard plugs are considerably cheeper than iridium Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
trickedcarbine
Nope. Nothing wrong with it but the cost. Once the motor is jetted right, it shouldn’t fowl plugs so throw the eix on. I’ve had the EIX’s in my current set up for over a year.
