My 350 has a koso carb.. the jetting is off bad. My pipe for 30 pilot jets and 280 main jets.. the main jet in my carbs are inch or 2 longer then the 280 main jets I keep seeing on ebay will they still work? I cant find a long main jet at all they all really shot.

Post a picture of the jet. I’m doubting your main jet is 1 to 2 inches long.

Sounds like guess work

Not to bad really. Just takes experience to know how far to go. There are charts out there that show drill sizes to equivelant mikuni or keihin jet sizes. Pretty sure the Koso’s should jet out like mikuni.

These are the drill kits. Really no worse then changing actual jets. Just pull yours, twist the bit for 20 seconds, spray it with brake clean or compressed air and done. If you know what jets you should have you can be even faster since you don’t need to work up. fae34382bf71a75bb5c7462c1019a0a4.jpg

So when you separate the needle jet holder and the Main jet, is the main jet a normal Keihin jet?

Jet drills are nice unless you forget that a jet was drilled and think its a 150 and actually a 200 lol
