Pro circuit pipes to silencer clamp

Recommended Posts

Pro circuit platinum pipes, older style pro circuit 304 silencers, called Cascade they said they had clamps that fit even though they're not listed (part number exc-2) so they're for the toomy t4 pipes, just got them in the mail and they don't fit, the rubber with stretch enough to shove on but clamp is nowhere near fitting, anyone else have any experiences with this stuff? Tried calling them but no answer, trying to hit the coast for a week starting Monday and I guess I'm just gonna have to deal with my old torn rubbers that are dripping oil on my filters...e9bff51d297628fb97135e8acc53b961.jpgb08d0ae5aaa242fc96bee807bf27a6e9.jpg

I use dish soap to lube everything to slide on it also dries so once they are in place they are stuck. Get a real big flat blade screw driver put it between the slot of your clamp and turn so it opens the clamp which allows you to slide it over the rubber gasket. Without lube you won't be getting anywhere.

may sound dumb but make sure one end of the clamp isnt larger than the other and you are trying the wrong side. The ones i have on my shearers have different size ID between sides. Like fearnot said, i usually pry them open when taking on/off to slide them off.
