Banshees In The Snow?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I just recently bought a 97banshee and I love the thing to death! However, i went out in the last snow storm with some Mcreary Trail breaker tires which kinda look like they would suck in the snow and have very hard rubber. I ran them with almost no air in them on the road(and a few inches of snow of course) and I couldnt accelerate to save my life!! once i got moving i was ok, but hills and acceleration were a big problem. I was wondering if anyone has ridden their banshee on the roads in the snow and how they went with different tires on. My two friends were riding 300ex's with razrs and shredders and i couldn't keep up!! will different tires make a difference(without studding)?! Help me out guys.
