TIFELIXJR
Hey guys, I’m new here and was wondering if you guys can help out with my jetting. I have a 64.50 Wiseco top end, fmf fatty pipes, and the toomey 2:1 air box delete. For the hotter weather (80-100) I was always running 25 pilots and 270 mains with the air screw 2 1/2 turns out , and never had an issue, but now the weather in my area is anywhere from 40- 70 degrees Fahrenheit. My elevation is 1500.

LESS brains on there fixed 290-300 main with a 27.5 pilot and properly adjusted air fuel screw should be fine. if you riding in 70 degrees you wont have to change your pilot though, only adjust your air fuel screw. once you start getting down to 30 40 degrees you should jsut to be safe.
