martin059
LITTLE LITTLE UPDATE I hate myself for not bagging my bolts and nuts I think there’s some missing. I Got board today so I’m starting to put some parts on that I have. I’m thinking of waiting and buying a bolt kit.. I’ve tried to explain the needs of the banshee to my wife. But she’s been really supportive about the situation so far...Anyways this project should be done by spring I hope. Sorry for the long drag. Tore it down last fall and this is my first build. It’s pretty pricey to try to get it all done by spring. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
trickedcarbine
Definitely do a stainless bolt kit, but make sure to only run OEM or equivelant on the pivot bolt, A Arms, and shocks.

I just did the same thing as you did and the big kit came in handy. Buy some taps to clean out the threaded holes on the frame if you havent already. Even though all the holes were plugged when it was pcd I still needed to clean them out. It took about an hour but it was worth the time. You only need 3 tap sizes for the whole frame, one of them is just for the footpeg bolts.
