christoph.tamz
I was thinking timing. But the pick ups are rounded in the beginning of the pickup on the flywheel Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
Ayesully810
100 is so hot to ride in, i almost dont even like riding when its the hot any more. A cooler plug might help too. how much timing does it have?
christoph.tamz
Stock timing. But I do have a stator plate not installed that's new. I'm leaning against riding in that heat anymore Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
registered user
backfire is electrical malfunction somewhere. since u swapped coils already i would swap cdi next. flywheel tabs shouldnt be rounded over. either someone set the airgap to close or the crankbearings have alot of slop
n2otoofast4u
Choke tube is on and in good repair?
christoph.tamz
Crank bearings are new. I don't have an extra cdi. The only thing I noticed was the pick up tab on the stator was broken on one side. I've replaced that with an oem stator plate. christoph.tamz
I did notice when I was riding. I was getting a small shock from the tether switch on the bars. I just noticed it's grounded to the bars and not the frame. Would this be a cause?Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
christoph.tamz
No change. I did ground it to the chassisSent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

I think that happens when it the ground wire is not wired right. I could be wrong
christoph.tamz
Still not right. It runs but it's acting like an air leak. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
