The Elka LT link set up will not work with a lone star arm because of that front brace they come with at the pivot tube & Same goes for a fireball arm unless you order the corner gusset only one.

Are you 100% positive that includes the new Lonestar swingarm styles where they have updated a few parts?
A few of the things I know are different are the Carriers have been updated, the brace at the pivot tube is shallower and they use 4 pinch bolts with a center cut taken out instead of two with a solid round housing. Only reason I'm asking is because of these pictures.

Here is the older style.

I called Lonestar to ask about compatibility but the guy who can answer that won't be in for a few days still.

If anyone with a LT linkage could measure the space from their pivot tube to the shock could help also.

Fireball -1 swingarm with Elka LT setup is working here…. You can see it in my 2018 built thread.

Please post what you find out. I have a lonestar swingarm and Elka LT linkage I was planning on installing and haven't got around to it yet.

Just got off the phone with Bobby at Lonestar he said their swingers will work with the Elka LT linkage.

The fireball arms we tried did not work. Someone in the forum had the same issue and had to send their back to fireball to change the gusset to triangles.

If LSR redesigned the swingarm then hopefully you won’t have any issues. I have the previous version and had to modify the LSR swingarm at the brace to clear the shock.

Thanks for the update. I already have all the parts so I guess I'll give it a go.

The newer LSR seems so have a more narrow brace now compared to previous model. Hopefully you have zero clearance issues. Post updates when you install.

No surprise but I can confirm HP is correct. I have two lsr swingarms, neither the newest style but slightly different reinforcement thickness up front. Neither of them will work with an Elka link. Please post if you can actually install with the new lsr style.ed09e0cd37fc4c24d7905a7e6fd24c63.jpg59f89e2053907fc5be6ff3766c5100e2.jpg41a253dddd7a754cc7bf9682a1e9c645.jpg

Have you come across any arms that work without modifications? Trying to decide between having my lsr modified or buying another.

Older style fire ball with triangle gussets work. If you order one directly through fireball they will make it so the Elka link works. In my case I had 3 swingarms that did not work so I modified my LSR and made it work.

Roll design failed
LSR failed
Fireball failed
