gusto
Compression is good. If it was my motor I would do either of these two options. Do the bottom end internal upgrades and keep and weld the crank and port your stock cylinders. Cheapest option and you could still make great power. OR bottom end internal upgrades and new DriveLine 392 top end. Save your money and do it all at once.

gusto
Do t forget to check compression with throttle open. yes to all the above plus inspect and replace internals if needed. Yes to jetting change. some builders on here (HJR, DL, PowerLine) have a fast turn around. Shoot them an email for prices. Ported engine will really surprise you.
