Ayesully810
Those aren’t cub cylinders those are driveline cylinders. Ad Sleeper06 stated you need to pressure test the motor first thing and find air leaks, if any. Takes almost no time to do. christoph.tamz
Uneducated question. What's the differenceSent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
Ayesully810
They are both after market cylinders, both have different port layouts from each other.
JUSTWANNARACE
Those could very well be athena cyls not driveline. Or could be the old RDZ cyls also. Hard to tell from the outside

Hard to tell from the outsideGuess I didn’t think about that is Rdz still sleeving the driveline cylinders for his stuff? Perhaps a peek in the bores to see what type of pistons would narrow it down. kawa110
The guy I bought it from told me this information. How am I to be sure?Sent from my SM-N920V using TapatalkYou would have to pull the head to see domes. They should be marked.

A compression test is for cylinder compression in each jug. Take the plugs out, screw in the adapter that has the same length thread of your spark plug , you hold the throttle wide open and kick the hell out of it until the needle stops moving. do each side

christoph.tamz
I do almost everything myself. Banshee is new to me. Not 2 strokes tho. I live in a village so the only straight I have is a main road. Lol. Don't get me wrong, I've ripped it a few times. kawa110
Wouldn't I have to replace the gaskets is I split themSent from my SM-N920V using TapatalkDo the pressure test and compression test before you do anything...Yes if you pull the head you will need o-rings, and engine coolant. O rings are cheap...
