coops03shee
Thought I would post this up for those searching for the right size allen head to tighten the retaining nut for the steering stem lower bearing. It just so happens that a Tusk flywheel puller for the banshee is the exact size needed to fit into the nut used to hold in the lower steering stem bearing. Use the part that screws into the flywheel and remove the center threaded part used to push against the crank. The outer part of the puller has a deep enough hex that it will rest on the bearing and still allow you to get plenty of engagement with a socket so you can get the proper torque. Maybe this has been figured out already but wanted to share what I found hoping it helps someone or saves someone trying to make one. If you own a Banshee you need the flywheel puller anyway, now you have two tools for the price of one. Tony
