Aziz
i'm having a 2006 banshee that has mikuni carbs with 280 main jet and 25 pilot jet. I tried many times tuning it with 1.1/2 turn but it seemed like it was running way to lean. So, I thought that i should try turning the air mix screw all the way in. surprisingly, it started running like a beast and it sounded awesome, but i have heard that when you turn the screw all the way it will cut air from getting into the engine. So, it should die right away. i don't know if my pilot jet is the problem or there is air leak somewhere. my mods are toomey t5 pipes, pro design cool head, and k&n filters
bluebanshee98
Turning in the air screw will richen it so with that being said jump up to a 27.5 pilot and start at 1.5 again. That should bring you pretty darn close. May end up at 1 turn out or something to that extent. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
