ClaudeMachining
Ok guys...You'll laugh at me, but I deserve it!!Yesterday night, I was doing the last heat cycle on my engine. Then it seized, I almost got a heart attack. EGT's were only at something like 450F, water temp was 150F, but it fucking seized!!Was not even able to move the engine with the kicker. So it was late, I just removed the head to look at the pistons, everything looked good from the top and from the exhaust, then a call it a day.Today I removed the clutch cover and look what I find!!!!I forgot to tighten the nut and it unscrew and hitted the cover, you can see the mark lol!!!!If the engine would have been loaded, I don't know how that would have finished lol!!!Envoyé de mon SM-G935W8 en utilisant Tapatalk

Motor is running good so far, carbs are at 172, 52, DGH middle clip, timing +4, 165lbs compression, 100LL. will do the first ride soon, but 172 is probably too much, pilot seems ok. I need exhaust springs… The hook on the LED pipes are not a the 'standard' position.

Ayesully810
Use the fmf springs they are super stiff seem to get a better seal with those. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
