I just bought. Rebuild kit so it is the oem jetting size plus i set the clip on the needle on 2 from top of needle... 

I HAVE vito's performance pipes fat bastards came with the bike plus

:moose boost bottle

And i will fix the reed I'll order ones tomorrow...

Idk why i set the needle jet to 2 from top i was watching video but realized that i have stock jetting...

if ur running stock jetting (200 main and 25 pilot) that main will be way small if you have those fat bastard pipes on.  Things to consider as well.

1. if the idle screw nubs (where they screw in at) have been filed down at all, when the tors gets deleted and you drill and tap those threads on there the idle screw housing has to be filed down to give the screw enough adjustment.

2. get a cross over tube instead of boost bottle.

3. watch a video on how to sync your carbs (look up south texas banshee on youtube) that will be easier than trying to type it out.

I think i am watching south texas banshee i watch his sync videos alot trying to tune it right will do i will get rid of the boost bottle..

I gotchu with all the research ive been doing your right i do need to get a bigger main and pilot they suggested that i go 350 main and 27.5 pilot?? Any advice

It does seem like it has been drilled and tapped right my mistake i just dont trust any previous owners... on any thing they only are interested n getting rif of there problem most times but i Gladly took on the banshee and i dont even work on bike like that i usally send them to shop

Also any reason why one spark plug filed out and one looks brand new plus the pipe only smoke on the left side the side that the plug filed on.... 

Right side no smoke out pipe brand new plug no file (like it never been touched) 

Left side smoking out pipe new plug filed on me (both plugs were new)

my head hurts reading that lol my gosh

350 main? that's rich af on a stock motor. if ALL you have done to your bike is pipes and reeds (assuming your going to jet this bike with vf4s)  a 27.5 pilot will do and your main will probably be around 290 to 300  id buy 290 thru 310 to be safe. depending on temps and elevation your jetting might be different than others. you said you got your stuff from vitos? if you have their needle you will probably be in the middle or 4th clip.  While you have that stuff off id pressure test just to make sure you don't have air leaks like RAJUN said

Lol my bad just not trynimg to spend a paragraph of money at the shop they smoke cigarettes while you pay for labor lol bastards haha i was waiting on somebody to tell me i type too much haha

AND A LEAKDOWN TEST (pressure test) now and everytime you have something apart - like reeds

See what jets were in it when you got it -Do NOT use the jets that came in the rebuild kit.

Download Tapatalk and post pics. The reeds are bent thing... V-Force carbon fiber doesn't bend it breaks

24euosm.jpg so this is my right reed had a hard time finding what generation of vforces i had but they are delta 2... 

I guess thats why my right plug was brand new looking and no smoke out the right pipe.. also smoke out the carbs... i guess the piston was shooting back at the carbs but no spark... 

Can i put cages on my fvorce 2 reeds?Just asking before i buy the vforce 4 reeds... they say vforce 2 reeds had better flow than vf3s...

Oh yea and where do you think the rest of the plate chunk went at?  do you think it did some damage because my bike still starts properly?? it just takes a couple kicks and i will sent a picture piston because I cant tell if my pistons are good..

Ok thanks will do... i was wondering can i modify the vforce 2 and put the little metal curved braces on the piston side of the reed....
