Jetting issue?

Recommended Posts

What’s up Guys as you may know from recent post I just put on some pro circuit pipes and I put 280 mains. Problem is when I start to accelerate slow it kinda bogs until I give it some more throttle then it rides fine power thier. Could it be my air screw that needs adjustment?

Air filter is stock..::

hey guys brand new banshee owner.... thankful to be an owner, but a quick question pulled the carbs apart and the pilot jet is a 32.5... plugs are wet, bogs in the 1st third of the throttle, no snorkel looks like a kn filter and fmf gold series with power core 2s. riding 500 to 100 above. i feel like its way too big on the pilot it seems everyone with similar mods are running 27.5. the bike is super stock aside from the pipes. any suggestions? thanks in advance for any advice

32.5 is pretty big 27.5 should be fine. Depending on main, needle and air screw.. What is the main?

Leave the pilots and back the air screws out to 21/2 turns from seated.  Lean the needle out two clips . I've used 32.5 pilots on that set up quite a few times. Again each bike is a Lil different  you might find you need a smaller one but I wouldn't go by everyone else . I've also found fattys like a big pilot .
