WALZ
Trying to staple on a cover, never had this difficulty. staples collapse on impact. tried t50 HD and stainless in 1/4 and 3/8". using a quality electric stapler and tried my trusty handheld. Went to buy a pneumatic at the depot but it took a wide crown staple starting at 1/2". Have done many seats, this brittle old banshee seat is giving me troubles. thanks for the advice. Electric you will have nothing but problems with. If you have a harbor fraught by you go there, you can get an air stapler for about $20 and it'll work great for what you are doing
