hells_yea
I just completed my build. Did a Wiseco Stock Crank 9 (#WPC100), Wiseco Pistons (# 513M06475), Rebored, etc... Got it all together and both cylinders have a max of 60psi compression. They both match pretty much exactly. It will start and run but wont put any power to the wheels, something is wrong but I can't narrow it down.Took the Cylinders back to the machinist to confirm clearence and it's perfect at .002", Ring end gap is perfect. Both pistons have the proper #s on top. I did a squish test and it was inconclusive (wouldn't touch a piece of solder that was .040", I need to get thicker solder). I am not getting any blowby into the coolant system, I even copper coated the head gasket just to be extra sure. I'm pretty much at a loss for what is going on and need some fresh minds on it. Any suggestions are welcome.

You get a little compression boost, but it makes it a real fucker to kick. It's never given me a reliability issue. Standard clearance is around .003. This banshee doesn't even feel right when you kick it, just feels like its worn out.... IDK Edited October 3, 2017 by hells_yea
