Fresh Stock Top- End, only 60lbs compression max. Don't know what step to take next

I just completed my build. Did a Wiseco Stock Crank 9 (#WPC100), Wiseco Pistons (# 513M06475), Rebored, etc...  Got it all together and both cylinders have a max of 60psi compression. They both match pretty much exactly. It will start and run but wont put any power to the wheels, something is wrong but I can't narrow it down.Took the Cylinders back to the machinist to confirm clearence and it's perfect at .002", Ring end gap is perfect. Both pistons have the proper #s on top. I did a squish test and it was inconclusive (wouldn't touch a piece of solder that was .040", I need to get thicker solder). I am not getting any blowby into the coolant system, I even copper coated the head gasket just to be extra sure.

I'm pretty much at a loss for what is going on and need some fresh minds on it. Any suggestions are welcome.

Arrow on piston pointing tword the exhaust?

Are you kicking it till the needle on the tester stops moving?

Have you verified your tester is good?

And .002 piston to wall is pretty damn tight.. jmo

Yes, first thing I checked

Yes, even tested it coasting down a hill

Yes, put air to the tester and it matches compressor output

.002 is tight, but this machinist has done at least 100 bores for my fathers business and every bore he's done for me personally has been that tight. You get a little compression boost, but it makes it a real fucker to kick. It's never given me a reliability issue. Standard clearance is around .003.

This banshee doesn't even feel right when you kick it, just feels like its worn out.... IDK
