banshee1234
Hi guys, I am running an override and always fighting with shift forks. Has someone come up with a solution? I thought I remembered some billet ones years back but cannot find them? Edited September 30, 2017 by banshee1234

trickedcarbine
Wasn't that ECATV having the billit forks made? Weren't they a flop? There are fella's making some pretty serious horsepower and still using OEM forks. Seems to me forks are a bit of a disposable/maintainence item once you are running an over ride and making good power.

So it's waste shift forks or trannys.. if you are eating shift forks it's because you are back loading the trans. Learn how to properly use the tranny and shift forks will last a long time.. jmo

Tedder
Yes, A properly cut tranny that's not being abused in the way it's being used won't "eat" forks.
locogato11283
I hate stopping before down shifting. It takes longer to get back to the line.
