Devin12
Banshee bogs when I go to hillclimb/wheelie on balance point.when I'm just on flat surface runs great I'd say. Has stock carbs that measured 28mm. No air box lid with K&n filter with outterwear. Fmf pipes. Have an 280main in. Stock pilot. Needle on middle. Ride in the coal mountains in Pennsylvania. Any input would be appreciated!!
nastyracing
Add some more fuel prolly bogging because loading motor trying to pull up hill . Personally I would have a bigger pilot jet , also try richer needle toomey needle in like 4th clip should solve your problem

sleeper06
I'm gonna go a lil opposite of nasty 280-290 main is fine . Go to a 30 pilot no doubt and leave the air screw 1 turn out . Put the needle in the leanest position to start . When tuning a bike for the hill you must plug chop it under load on a good hill.

Yeepo
I had the same issue the other day when I went to the coal hills. It was cutting out bad under load up the hills. I should of taken some jets. My friends banshee stock carbs was running great. He had a bit of issue at off idle but I was able to fix it by turning his air screw out 1 1/2 turns out. It seemed to me that the left cylinder on mine was causing the problem for the most part. It would be dead at off idle but it would come alive with a blip of the throttle. Idle screw was 2 1/2 turns out and needle on the 5 position from the bottom. Elevation is around 1080'. Dont know when I will be back up there to test it again, long drive getting there.
