sleeper06
I always adjust timing according to feel and mark on the plugs.do some reading on plugs and play with it , good thing about timing is it's pull look reinstall and try again till you get the sweet spot. Make sure your gapping your plug @ .018-.

SlowMoe
Well, is that race gas territory or what?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
sleeper06
I go by uccr for fuel choice and I ran some quick numbers on the calculator and your about 14:1 . Static compression varies with ex /transfer porting that's why you can't use it as a fuel indicator. When you raise your ex port your static compression will drop but your cylinders didn't shrink. So that being the case you see where I coming from. I hope blowit comments on this
SlowMoe
So for 14:1 you recommend 100% race fuel?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
SlowMoe
And what is the UCCR formula? Is it cylinder displacement+ dome size/ dome size?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
sleeper06
Cylinder volume +trapped volume divided by trapped volume. I have two ways I do it that's why I was hoping blowit chimed in . Both ways put you in race gas territory, I gave you the highest to be safe

SlowMoe
The builder has told be more than once that 21cc domes are good for pump gas. I am doing 200cc / 21cc = 10.5:1. 10.5:1 is pump gas safe right?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
SlowMoe
That was a typo I meant 221cc/21cc = 10.52:1 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
