Just trying to find out the easiest way to remove the clutch arm actuator bearing...

 

Maybe someone could hook me up with a link for the proper size pilot bearing remover.

 

I don't want to break these cases.

sweet if u could, Im gunna go to harbor freight Friday and pick that up, can you PM how to use that thing, I forgot my helmet at home today so my brain is not working right

Obviously beer first.

You will see how it actually works when you open the case.

Find correct size for hole.

Yes remove the washer and seal first.

Tighten the expanding attachment to the bearing, ensure your deep enough, but not in the case.

Attach the slide hammer

Slide the hammer up, and it will “tug” the bearing out.

Yes heat the cases and it will fall in.

I believe I put the bearing in freezer then lubed and tapped it in.
