Did someone massacre these?

Can someone say what type of riding this person was going for?

It passed a leak down test, I had way too many seasons on this motor, and was running it real hard when she poooped out.

Upon tear down I noticed a missing water jacket plug.

right away theres numerous things I see that lead me to believe its probly a hodge podge someone threw together.  honestly might not of even been the same person that grinded both sides. maybe they burned down one side and the easiest thing was pickup another 'ported' jug off ebay.  impossible to say what may have transpired. but overall I would say it was probly a newbs hand in there. I see the classic signs. quick sanding roll in the exhaust. sharpen the trans divider. grind out the intake based on a photo they found on the interwebs
