Ortiz97
I have a 2003 Yamaha Banshee twin 350 and I bought it a couple months ago it ran hard very good but the guy did tell me I had to adjust the carbs. My problem is that it won't start I have new coil pack and spark plugs, fresh fuel 32:1, and Fresh rebuild Carbs . It will only start if I put gas manually thru the carbs can it be the reeds? I haven clear fuel lines so I can see gas flowing into the carbs

If it starts and runs by feeding fuel to it then there is an issue feeding it fuel automatically. Which is what your carbs do. If it was a reed issue, it wouldn't matter if it got fuel or not. Ortiz97
Yes I have the choke tube in place and yes the bowls are in the same ones as I cleaned them out . So any suggestions? Because it's clear that my carbs are not feeding the engine automatically how it should be
spurdy
Didn't we just have a guy here that had stock slides in backwards and it wouldn't start?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Ayesully810
plz tell me if u get this resolved. Dealing with the same issue. My slides are in the right way btw. I have to put gas in the cylinder plug holes to get it to start on its own. After it sits for an hour or so and gets cold. no starty. post updates if fixed plz! ginger
whats the compression? if not enough compression it wont start, and by putting extra gas in it, it might be helping seal the rings some.
