highcomp26 Posted June 23, 2017 Report Posted June 23, 2017 Stay away from that bolt kit. I purchased a kit and was sold the wrong nuts for the bolts and they refused to make it right by giving me the correct nuts. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Quote
locogato11283 Posted June 23, 2017 Report Posted June 23, 2017 Hmm, really? Did you call or e-mail? Who did you talk to? Quote
highcomp26 Posted June 23, 2017 Author Report Posted June 23, 2017 Many times. I had to prove this is not my first time putting a nut on a bolt.Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Quote
locogato11283 Posted June 23, 2017 Report Posted June 23, 2017 I would love more info. This is the first I've heard of an issue from them. Who did you talk to? Quote

locogato11283 Posted June 23, 2017 Report Posted June 23, 2017 What was the final word? They told you to get fucked or what? Quote
highcomp26 Posted June 23, 2017 Author Report Posted June 23, 2017 Yep. I ended up just buying all the nuts and bolts from a local place. I even sent them pics . Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Quote
Tedder Posted June 23, 2017 Report Posted June 23, 2017 Wow, This from an HQ Sponsor? If that's the whole story then shame on them. Quote
highcomp26 Posted June 23, 2017 Author Report Posted June 23, 2017 If i call your company and tell you that the nuts you sent me does not match the bolts and as soon as no more than 2 turns on the bolts there is no way to get that nut off only by cutting it off. They replied " stop my installation and use anti seize. I sent them a pic that the nylon on the nut did not even touch the bolt , but instead of a resolution they stated its my fault Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Quote
locogato11283 Posted June 23, 2017 Report Posted June 23, 2017 Don't their kits say they need anti-seize? Quote
highcomp26 Posted June 23, 2017 Author Report Posted June 23, 2017 And that's why its weird, the nuts went on smooth but camnot come off. I even sent them the evidence. I didnt want nothing extra i just wanted what i paid 128.00 for to finish my bike. I was willing to drive back to their store to pick up the nuts and bolts Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Quote
rjdgriff Posted June 23, 2017 Report Posted June 23, 2017 I didn't have any issues. You HAVE TO USE ANTI-SEIZE! If you do not use it, then it is not their fault. I have not once heard you say you used it?Pics of emails or gtfo Giving away "TSS" for FREE!!! Quote
