SheeCub421
I got a 2005 4mill 421 cub, 35 pwk carbs, V force 4 reeds, Toomey's. I built it in January and had took to have dyno'ed. I've taken it to the dunes and rode it around my house and it ran good, then I took it to the dunes last weekend and fouled probably 8 plugs in 2 days and it was mostly on the left side. What can be causing it to keep fouling plugs like that?

JUSTWANNARACE
Float height set to high, needle and seat stuck, bad reeds, elecric issues.. there is a few things it could be. First thing I'd start with is pulling spark plug boots of, cut wire back half inch, spray both ends of boots out (carb clean, brake clean, electrical contact cleaner). Then move to checking float height and needle and seat.. pull reeds make sure they are not chipped or cracked, and they are closing all the way. Also check jetting may be just to rich.. jmo
rjdgriff
Like this guy said ^ also. Best thing to do though imo is start with new plugs and do a plug chop. (Start bike with new plugs, do a 1st-5th or 6th gear run, cut power and pull plugs) post pics and that will give us a lot more info to work with to help you "Pay to play, no freebies allowed"
SheeCub421
When I was down there I was losing coolant, I kept having to put more in after a couple rides but it seems like it may have been leaking out of the over flow tubes bc there was sand stuck to my swingarm were the tubes are at but I'm not for sure yet and don't know why it would be doing that. I'll post pics tomorrow evening when I get new plugs after work
trickedcarbine
its possible that the head is t sealed and the motor is eating the coolant and fouling the plugs. Post pics of plugs.
