Clymage
I have a trail machine that I love. I ride 50/50 woods/dunes (Oregon). While at the dunes this last weekend I blew up my tranny. Apparently loosing your drain plug is a bad thing. So my question is this: Being that my tranny needs to be replaced, is there anything that should be done while its apart? Everything done to bike (that I can think of): 373 4 mil Pro circuit pipes +4 swinger Lightened flywheel +4 degrees Trenched domes Pump gas (91 oct) Aluminum radiator 30 mm okos Sweet aluminum airbox K&N filters Cool head (used to be red, is now pink) Trail port by cam from redline racing

Clymage
Suspension was the next thing to tackle (built this thing from the ground up, was a pile of junk, now it just looks like a pile of junk), but I have to do the tranny first now
rjdgriff
Suspension was the next thing to tackle (built this thing from the ground up, was a pile of junk, now it just looks like a pile of junk), but I have to do the tranny first now I would send it to either camatv or redline and have them "pro mod" it. It will shift way easier and it is easy to shift under load. I was always able to hold mine wide open and just a slight blip of clutch to shift. J-Madd
Pro ModYep. Any of those above. Also Jeff@FAST and Sleeper06 do Pro Mods. I've never rode with one, but have one from Sleeper06 in my almost finished trail bike build. Sent from my STV100-1 using Tapatalk
Clymage
I sent cam a nearly identical pm yesterday. Redline is awesome, and the only place I'll go to let others touch my shit.
Clymage
Thx all. I love this place just wish I was better at using it lol
845bansheeSantos
I would also suggest gearing if it hasnt been done already? I know mine is alot different even if i only swap my front sprocket from my 15 to my 14. I also have a "trail set" of rims and tires. I know you were more talking bottom end work. Figured i'd add some of my experiences. Good luck!!
Big Mike NY
My 10 mil serval sleeper06 is going to build is going to have a pro mod, 95% of all the riding I do is trails! Def pro mod!
special06shee
Personally, id just make sure all your oem trans parts are in good shape and properly adjusted and call it a day. I would not waste money on a promod set up again. But thats just me.
