hoppedupandcutdown
how did you slide the rotor on if you can't get the axle out of the carrier?
Shanar2139
how did you slide the rotor on if you can't get the axle out of the carrier? I tried to slide it on without taking off the carrier off
hoppedupandcutdown
You'll need to post some pics or this will go nowhere fast. The rotor and it's hub have to go on the axle before it is slid thru the carrier.

Shanar2139
heres a recent picture as you can see the rotor doesn't sit flush on the carrier mind you I did not take the carrier off because its rusted shut so I tried to slide the rotor on anyway but I'm ran into a problem You'll need to post some pics or this will go nowhere fast. Motooutcastxxx
As mentioned press the axle out, or just cut the carrier off. Where's your existing carrier? Why did you need to use the set up you got for free? Get fresh bearings and seals for whatever you use, they're super cheap. If you don't have the existing carrier to use, ask on here I'm sure someone will sell you one for cheap. And FFS if you can't remove the carrier from the axle, and things aren't functioning as they should you definitely don't try and bolt it up, I'm not sure there's any bigger sign that there is or going to be an issue somewhere... LOL Personally, I would save up and as Zilla said buy new shit but that's just me. I prefer not to work with junk these days..
salmon_slayer06
If the axle is straight and all it needs is new bearings than its worth the hassle of replacing them. Some people have better things to spend money on. Take it to a shop with the new bearings and I'm sure they will get it done....
