Ktm250r
I'm in the early stages of this build and looking for some input, with the sprockets lined up together it makes the cylinders and carbs off centre with the frame but the kick start and gear shifter shafts seem to have good placement as well in this position, would it be more important to have the cylinders centred and use an offset sprocket? Pics show how the engine sits with sprockets lined up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ktm250r
It would he more important to make sure it is balanced and you have room for the exhaust. That's what I'm wondering about (side to side) which way it would be better balanced, I'm not sure how the engine sits in a banshee frame and it seems the clutch side of this engine sticks out quite a bit, I know I will need to cut out the 2 diagonal pieces of the frame to make room for the exhaust. Guest Trevor
I was wondering if you ever finished your build? I have a ktm frame and shee motor and want to do the same thing. If so what did you have to do to make it work?
