Jasen
I have a motor I'm rebuilding. I have just put a new 4mill in it. I had a 4mill pryier to the rebuild, but I ran a spacer plate. Now I already have a a set of cut domes. I want to know that without ported cylinders Wil this motor run better with the spacer plate. Or cut domes and Still no port job don't have the coin for that at the moment.
bigweav81
Save up a few more $, and have it ported for the extra stroke, riding, etc. At the least maybe find someone willing to lower your port windows Sent from my SM-S820L using Tapatalk
Dunatic619
I'd rather run a stock stroke ported motor, than a 4 ml un-ported motor.
Larry's Shee
Depends where the spacer plate is. Under the cylinders would raise the all the ports giving a higher rpm powerband. A head spacer or stroker domes would be like lowering the ports. This is all in relation to crankshaft degrees. My son runs an unported 4mil. Nice low end power.
